We use a tool internally for managing twitter accounts called CoTweet. Great tool, and they emailed me this morning with a link to their YouTube channel, which they use for sharing customer interviews, quotes and references. Here is how they set up the video link in their email blast:
These videos don’t play in the email (they are only thumbnail images), but it’s an effective way to get me to click through to view the video on their branded Youtube channel. Then I am able to browse other customer videos and quotes easily.
